E Commerce Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase customer engagement
• Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, promotions, Order Processing, and pricing, to optimize the user experience and drive conversions
• Monitor and analyse website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology providers

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends and best practices
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jio mart Etc.
• Excellent communication, team management, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization.  Candidate should be able to work with no supervision and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
• Preparing financial analyses and reports.
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
• Submitting GST & TDS Returns
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

Skills Require:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Knowing Prime Tally 7.2, 9.0,ERP
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Good knowledge on Income Tax, Advance Tax, GST, TDS & TCS.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and stress management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
• Ability to train and manage staff.
• Ability to work no supervision.
